Architectural Design and Brand Development in the new Virgin Hotel Las Vegas was the scope. After our team was selected from several design firms to create a three store retail oasis; we went into store design overdrive. Knowing we had to capture and rival the excitement surrounding along the casino floor, we analyzed and critiqued every aspect of the casino architecture and vibe. We developed the SWAG as the anchor of our retail environment oasis.
Working with ever changing client expectations and a demanding casino management with a tight construction schedule, our team and trusted design process successfully completed the task with use of quick concept sketches, expressive design narratives, colorful descriptive mood boards and colored rendering. The incorporation of unique materials, a casino contrasting color palette, various merchandising techniques and a striking graphic presentation brought the SWAG to life.
